Tasting Notes
Colour: Burnished gold
Nose: Creamy barley and maple syrup. Vanilla custard and crème brûlée. Cashews and hazelnuts. Stewed apples and orange round the entire experience off with lovely fruity sweetness.
Palate: Milk chocolate, almond and olive oil blend. Chardonnay brings a lovely fruit and leads right into a citrusy lemon pie. Fudge and pastry. The whole thing finishes off with a lovely hit of baking spices.
Finish: Slightly floral leads a parade of spice, but the entire chorus ends with subtle, creamy sweetness, returning us full circle to the custard and crème brûlée.
