Tasting Notes
Colour: Sherry
Nose: Oak-aged sherry with cloves and ginger. Chocolate-covered oranges jump in and out like they’re playing hopscotch
Palate: Ooey-gooey candied orange and baking spices, mostly cinnamon and aniseed, move to salted caramel and wood spices. But wait! There’s more! The sherry fruits return and tie the whole thing back to the beginning. Best to let it breathe for about ten minutes to fully unlock it. An absolutely wonderful and truly unique whisky.
Finish: Spiced rum and rose.
