Description
The label of this elegant Macallan release sports an image of the Vermillion Lakes in Banfff National Park, due to the Canadian vista’s similarity to the Scottish distillery’s home. The 2019 release is matured in sherry oak casks, the resulting flavour suitably fruity with a touch of ginger.
This limited edition single malt spent its time in both American and European oak sherry-seasoned casks.

Colour: Auburn
Nose: Sweet dried fruit which is balanced nicely with mature oak spices and chocolate and vanilla swirl.
Palate: Initially sweet and fruit with orange bitters and oak spices
Finish: Medium sweet with lingering oak and fruit
