Lindores Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky. ‘The Casks Of Lindores, STR Wine Barrique’ is a Limited Bottling from Lindores Abbey Distillery.

Matured exclusively in Shaved, Toasted and Recharred Red Wine Barriques from Spain.

Bottled at 49.4% abv

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Dark chestnut

Nose: Very mellow fruity plum jam, caramelized muscovado sugar, Scottish butter tablet notes and cinnamon touches

Palate: Sweet plums and dates, ripe apricots with baking spices and roasted chestnuts. Notes of apple and cinnamon pie at the back with a very smooth texture and a pleasant finish

Finish: Medium to long with spices, honey and caramel notes
