29 year old single malt from Jura (which is on Jura, funnily enough), independently bottled by The Scalasaig. It was allowed to mature for nearly three decades in an ex-bourbon cask.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Earthy, biscuity and with a touch of vanilla cream.

Palate: Sweet muscovado sugared apples, old oak and sea salt spray.

Finish: Warming toasted oak and lingering sweet spice.
