Description
One of only 259 bottles from a refill hogshead, this Jura is a fantastic dram. It was distilled in February 1991 and aged for 24 years before coming out of the cask in gorgeous form in March 2015 at natural cask strength.
Bottled at 46.8% abv.
Natural colour and non chill filtered
Tasting Notes
Colour: Golden fleece
Nose: Crème caramel, slightly peppery with some citrus
Palate: Toffee, digestive biscuit, more pepper, and a hint of oranges
Finish: A medium, slightly spicy finish
