Tasting Notes

Colour: Golden grain

Nose: Quite a bit of spice up front, which can be a bit off-putting, but perseverance is rewarded with some lovely maritime salt and a bit of kelp.

Palate: Poached salmon with a dill butter. One of the most unique palates of scotch today.

Finish: Lingering butter and spice.
