We have taken a light, fruity, flavourful Speyside whisky exquisitely aged for 12 years in ex bourbon barrels and finished in rich, luxurious first-fill PX sherry hogshead for six months.

Bottled at 55.7% abv.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Burnt umber

Nose: Deep raisins and subtle sweetness

Palate: Vanilla and figs lead roast almonds and orange peel.

Finish: Subtle spice and a lovely warm, nurturing heat.
