Selected and bottled by Cadenhead’s for their Authentic Collection. It was casked in 1988 and bottled in 2018 from a bourbon Hogshead cask. This is a single cask bottling.
Bottled at 49% abv
Natural colour and non chill filtered
Tasting Notes
Colour: Amber
Nose: Gingerbread, cinnamon, baked apples
Palate: Tinned peaches, apricots, and syrup
Finish: Coastal sea air, salty, dry heather with hints of gooseberries and lychee
