For this bottling, a couple of hogsheads of Ben Nevis have been selected by the fine folk at Signatory Vintage. After many years under the radar, Ben Nevis is starting to turn heads of many whisky drinkers with its intriguing flavour profile not found in other single malts.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Lively and bursting full of malt. Some notes of lemon zest develop with a faint scent of gooey honeycomb at the end,

Palate: Initial toasted malty start with a build of vanilla, dried oak and cedar. Additional time on the tongue gives notes of white chocolate with a faint touch of winter berry and pecan pie.

Finish: Full bodied with a rich mouthfeel.
