Tasting Notes
Colour: Amontillado Sherry
Nose: Wonderful fruit, particularly fresh red and green apples and pear. There is a bit of brown sugar and vanilla, but everything is wrapped up nicely with forest honey.
Palate: This one begins with the forest honey, but there are also tree nuts and cigar tobacco. Stone fruits, lemon, and even a bit of mint.
Finish: Sweet fruit with a tuft of pepper
