Description
A 2009 Ardmore single malt from French indie bottler La Maison du Whisky, matured in an ex-bourbon cask for nine years before being bottled as part of its Artist Collective series.
Bottled at 43% abv.
Natural colouring and non chill filtered
Tasting Notes
Colour: Yellow gold
Nose: Floral peat and wildflowers in a meadow. Candied lemons and honey sneak in and linger.
Palate: Coconut milk, hay, mint and soft grilled orchard fruits.
Finish: Sea salt and samphire that linger nicely.
