Aisla Bay 1.2 Sweet Smoke is one of the world’s more technologically advanced and precise whiskies. Through advanced technological pioneering, Aisla Bay has perfected a unique measurement for Sweet Parts per Million (in contrast to Peat Parts per Million) for precise control over their Sweet Smoke flavour. Distilled at precisely 19 Sweet PPM and 22 Peat PPM then Micro Matured in Hudson Baby Bourbon casks – they’ve created a balance of heather smoke and sweet oak.

This pack includes a hexagonal tumbler, inspired by their state of the art distillery equipment.

Bottled at 48.% abv.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Muscat

Nose: Wood smoke, smouldering heather, followed by oaky sweetness, vanilla, and candied orange peel.

Palate: Beautifully balanced sweet and smoke, rich vanilla oak, meandering between smoke, fruit, and creamy toffee.

Finish: Balance of oak sweetness and peaty dryness.
